| About The Bluffs at Danforth Bay
The Bluffs at Danforth Bay was designed and developed specifically
for adults 50+. Development for the Bluffs first began in 2004 as
an expansion to Danforth Bay Camping Resort.
In the early Summer
of 2006, The Bluffs opened with just under 300 large RV sites. Future
sites will be available as the need increases. The Bluffs is spread
on a hillside over 150 acres which overlook Huckins Pond and Danforth
Bay of Ossipee Lake.
AMENITIES
The Bluffs' Guests have exclusive access to the Clubhouse,
a 10,000 sf. recreation center with fitness center, function
facilities,
fireplace lounge, showers and modern laundry room; as well
as two
heated, salt-water pools and three new tennis courts.

In addition to the clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts and hiking/biking
trails, The Bluffs offers fishing, kayaking and canoeing
on Huckins
Pond.
Danforth Bay Camping & RV Resort
Guests at The Bluffs also have access to amenities and activities
at the adjacent Danforth Bay Camping & RV Resort. Danforth Bay Resort
has a half-mile of shorefront on Danforth Bay of Ossipee Lake, a
popular lake for waterskiing, tubing, and boating.
LOCATION
The Bluffs is just a short drive away from North
Conway, NH, known
for its outlet shopping, dining, and attractions.
GOLF
Golfers will love the variety of courses in the area, with more
than a dozen within a short driving distance.
ATTRACTIONS
Nearby Mount Washington is the highest point in the northeastern
United States and well known by adventure-seeking hikers,
climbers, and skiers. The Mt. Washington Auto Road, Cog Railway
and mountaintop weather observatory make the mountaintop accessible
as a tourist destination for all throughout the summer.
